SPECIAL GUIDELINES FOR ORDERS DURING
COVID19 PANDEMIC

            We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Sales Agreement & Warranty Terms by posting updates and/or changes to our website or any of our market channels. It is your responsibility to check this agreement periodically for changes. Your continued transaction with us, following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

            This is not a replacement with our current guidelines, terms and conditions but it will override. 

 

OVERVIEW:

            There is a global shortage of computer components, resulting in multiple delay in processing of orders. Thus, we are encouraging you to properly read the guidelines we have set for proper coordination. By placing and confirming your order, you hereby agreed with the terms and conditions sets within this guideline.

 

SECTION 1 – GENERAL CONDITIONS

 

1.) We reserve the right to refuse service / sale to anyone for any reason at any time.

2.) The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

3.) All client visit and purchases should be coordinated first to an attending staff by messaging us prior to visit.

4.) Always wear facemask and face shield.

5.) Price may change without prior notice, even a downpayment for reservation has been made.

8.) No reservation unless with downpayment.

 

SECTION 2 – PRICES, PAYMENT AND REFUNDS

 

1.) Due to the current shortage we are all in right now, there’s a chance that the prices may change without prior notice and we may ask you an additional payment if there’s any price difference that may occur.

2.) There is NO final price in any items right now.

3.) No more cash on delivery (COD) as payment method. All orders should be paid through our online accounts like BDO, BPI and Gcash.

4.) Once the order is already processed, refunds won’t be an option anymore.

5.) Orders which is already lapse its due date will be process for refund after 5 banking days.

 

SECTION 3 – ORDER UPDATES AND PROCESSING

 

1.) We refrain you from asking updates of our order as we are already processing it. This is to give us time to properly process your order as we have a limited manpower.

2.) There is no ETA (Estimate Time of Arrival) for any orders or any items.

3.) We refrain you from posting anything about the delay of your orders.

4.) We cannot guarantee to always give updates of your order/s. We're asking your kind consideration to please wait us to coordinate you regarding with the updates.

5.) There will be an estimate of 5 to 15 days from the date of order prior to dispatch.

6.) Processing days may prolong depending on such circumstances.

7.) Processing of orders are until 4pm only. Further orders will be process next day.

8.) No processing of orders during weekends and holidays.

9.) Delivery may take a minimum of 5 days excluding holidays and weekends which has no maximum ETA.

10.) By placing an order, you’re hereby agreed to wait for your orders.

 

Note: This guidelines will override any of our existing terms and condition with the same subject.
